Acceptance of terms

By using BashBundle (available at bashbundle.com), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What BashBundle is

BashBundle is a free party planning tool that generates grocery ingredient lists from curated party themes, scales quantities by guest count, and helps you push those lists to third-party grocery platforms. It is provided free of charge, with no warranties of any kind.

BashBundle is an approved partner of the Instacart Developer Platform and integrates with the Kroger Developer API. Affiliate relationships are disclosed below.

What BashBundle is not

• BashBundle is not a grocery store or retailer — we don't sell food or take orders
• BashBundle is not a nutritional guidance service — ingredient cost and quantity estimates are approximations only
• BashBundle is not a legal compliance service — you are responsible for complying with the alcohol laws where you live

Ingredient quantities and cost estimates

All ingredient quantities and cost estimates generated by BashBundle are approximations for planning purposes only. Actual quantities needed and prices will vary based on your guests' preferences, serving sizes, your location, and current market prices. You are responsible for reviewing your cart before completing any purchase.

Alcohol

BashBundle identifies spirits, wine, and beer in a theme and excludes them from grocery cart pushes, listing them separately so you know to buy them elsewhere. It does not check the alcohol laws of your state or locality, does not sell alcohol, and does not verify age. You are responsible for complying with the alcohol regulations that apply to you. BashBundle accepts no liability for alcohol purchases made in violation of applicable law.

Third-party platforms

BashBundle integrates with Instacart, Kroger, and other grocery platforms via their public APIs and affiliate programs. These integrations may change or become unavailable without notice. BashBundle is not responsible for the availability, pricing, or quality of products on third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service.

Intellectual property

The BashBundle name, logo, app design, and curated party themes are the property of BashBundle. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without permission. The underlying software is proprietary.

Limitation of liability

BashBundle is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall BashBundle be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: food not tasting good, running out of ingredients, guests not having fun, or failed grocery orders.

Changes to the service

We may update, modify, or discontinue BashBundle at any time without notice. We'll do our best to keep you informed of significant changes via the website.

Affiliate programs

BashBundle participates in affiliate advertising programs designed to provide a means for the site to earn fees by linking to affiliated sites:

• Amazon Associates: BashBundle is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.
• Instacart: BashBundle integrates with the Instacart Developer Platform as an approved partner. When you click an Instacart link from BashBundle and place an order, BashBundle may receive a commission. Instacart and the Instacart logo are trademarks of Maplebear Inc.
• Kroger: BashBundle integrates with the Kroger Developer API as a registered application. BashBundle receives no commission on items added to your Kroger cart. Kroger and the Kroger logo are trademarks of The Kroger Co.

Affiliate participation does not influence recipe content, ingredient choices, or party theme recommendations. We surface grocery links to improve user experience, not to promote specific products.
